Incidente de Desacato El memorialista le solicitó nuevamente a la Corporación asumir de manera preferente y excepcional el conocimiento del incidente de desacato de la sentencia T-210/10, por considerar que a pesar de los múltiples requerimientos al juzgado de conocimiento, no ha sido posible su cumplimiento.
La Sala de Revisión corrobora que el despacho judicial de primera instancia ha estado tramitado el incidente de desacato conforme a la normatividad establecida y, al no encontrar razones para asumir el conocimiento directo del mismo, decide ABSTENERSE de hacerlo.
